Depends on type of exercise. If I play soccer I gain 15 lbs…mostly in my middle. Lift weights for 15 minutes and swim for 10…lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks.
Exercise has many virtues but, contrary to popular belief, it is not an efficient way to lose weight.
So what is?
